Exchange & Return Policy

We stand behind our products and we're confident in the quality and value of my merchandise. Each item undergoes three stages of quality control before it gets packed and shipped out. Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you would like an exchange or return, please contact us. We offer a 30 day of purchase exchange and/or return. Please keep in mind that certain items are not eligible. Products must be in its new, original condition without scratches, wears, ect. Please contact us for approval with your Order Number. Once approved, you will be receiving an e-mail with all return/exchange information and address.

Exchange & Return Policy
★ Returns/Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days
★ Must contact us first or package will be returned to you
★ Item must be in its new, original condition
★ Shipping fees will be the buyer’s complete responsibility
★ Buyer will pay a $10 Shipping and Handling Fee for exchanges
★ Any item that has been engraved, custom, titanium, and items on the list below are not eligible for exchange or return. Please refer to our list below.
★ Must include a copy of your original packing slip in the return package. (We cannot process your exchange without this)
★ Any Return will have a 25% restocking fee
★ All Shipping fees are not refundable

Important Information

- Custom orders/custom rings are not eligible for exchange/return. Custom order/custom rings are considered any of the following: Laser Engraved, Diamond Rings, Genuine Stone Rings, Any Colored Band, Titanium Rings, Any Custom Gold Colored Ring (gold plated rings are excluded unless otherwise mentioned), Platinum, Palladium, Sterling Silver, etc. *In rare cases, custom order and custom rings may be eligible for an exchange/ return with a 50-60% fee.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages from or to us.
- We are not responsible for damage your ring receives while in transport from or to us.
- Include a copy of your original packing slip in the return package. Without this, we cannot process your exchange.
- Exchanges are generally processed within 5-7 business days of our received package.
- Customer is responsible for the postage when sending the package back to our facilities. We highly suggest obtaining a tracking number.

Buyers Responsibility
We recommend getting properly sized, as we are not responsible for sizing. Please take the time to get properly sized and read about Comfort Fit ring sizing. Standard Fit is different compared to Comfort Fit. You can purchase a sizer from our store or print a Comfort Fit sizer, but for a sure fit we recommend going to your nearest jeweler to get sized in Comfort Fit, at at least 2 locations. Please note that it is used as a guide only. Each and every person is different, it is the customer's responsibility to get properly sized. We are not responsible for the customer's sizing. Please make sure that it is in Comfort Fit. Hope that helps!

How To Exchange /Return

1. Contact us with your Order Number for approval and for Return/Exchange instructions.

2. All exchanges/returns must abide by the Exchange/Return Policy (located above). Item not eligible are listed above and will not be accepted. 

3. Once approved, you will be receiving an e-mail with all return/exchange information and address.
